MOTION FOR ISSUANCE OF WARRANT OF ARREST IN REM 
 
 Plaintiff, SEACOAST NATIONAL BANK (“Seacoast” or “Plaintiff”), by and through its 
undersigned counsel, and pursuant to Supplemental Rule C(3)(a) and Rule C of the Local 
Admiralty and Maritime Rules, hereby files this Motion for Issuance of Warrant of Arrest of the 
Defendant, M/V SLOW UR ROLL II, a 2008 Everglades 350LX Express, Official No. 1220768, 
HIN: RJDE005I708  together with all masts, boilers, cables, engines, machinery, etc. (“Vessel”), 
in rem, and as grounds thereof states as follows: 
1. A Verified Complaint has been filed by Plaintiff praying that the defendant Vessel 
be condemned and sold to pay Plaintiff’s demands and claim for relief. Said Verified Complaint 
shows probable cause for an action in rem. (ECF No. 1.) 
2. The Clerk of this Court requires an Order of this Court directing it to issue a Warrant 
for Arrest of Vessel, commanding the United States Marshal of this District of arrest and take into 
custody the defendant Vessel, M/V SLOW UR ROLL II, a 2008 Everglades 350LX Express,

Official No. 1220768, HIN: RJDE005I708  together with all masts, boilers, cables, engines, 
machinery, etc., and to detain the same in its custody until further Order of this Court respecting 
same. 
3. Plaintiff has complied with Supplemental Rule C and Local Admiralty Rule E, has 
shown that probable cause exists for an action in rem, and moves the Court to issue an Order in 
accordance with Local Admiralty Rule E(2)(a). 
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays this Court enter an Order Directing Issuance of the 
Warrant of Arrest In Rem in the form attached hereto.
