Amanda Klopp is confirmed as Seacoast Bank counsel in 0:26-cv-60289-WPD adverse to SYG. Akerman's three confirmed adverse tracks are CMR, SHM/LMC, and SCB. Klopp's involvement in the Ivankovich Family LLC bankruptcy and her bar complaint ACAP number are pending verification. ACAP 26-7791 is the Chamides bar complaint, not Klopp.
Reason: Verified BAR records confirm ACAP 26-7791 is the Chamides complaint (see MOORE_BAR_FILING_DECISION_20260206.md). The attribution to Klopp was a hallucination that reached public content. This correction is part of SGH's PREDICATE truth-verification rebuild. Truth Engine: 0 violations.
