CMR matter — evidence package
One active matter carries 12 tracked evidence items, 4 open. Materials include natural-person conduct assertions, unverified propositions, and transcript-dependent items pending certification.
No captions, names, or propositions appear on the public tier. Items are classified as evidence-under-review, not findings.
Classification basis: compiled by reviewing the records identified in the source register and assigning classifications under the criteria stated within the exhibit.
How access works
- Named-reviewer accounts only. There is no self-signup for gated tiers. Accounts are provisioned individually for counsel and designated reviewers.
- Scoped visibility. Each account sees only the claim IDs and gap IDs assigned to it — not the full internal register.
- Access log. Every view is recorded: who, what, when.
- Revocation. Access can be withdrawn at any time by litigation operations.
- Acknowledgment. On first login each reviewer confirms: "Materials are evidence-under-review, not findings."
Reviewer acknowledgment (required at first login): "I understand the materials in this workspace are evidence-under-review, not findings. I will not represent any proposition as established unless its verification state shows CLOSED and its supporting source is attached."
Publication tiers
- TIER_0_PUBLIC — entity facts, public court captions, methodology, transparency registers. What you see on this site.
- TIER_1_GATED — credentialed reviewer workspace. Natural-person conduct assertions, unverified items, active-deadline matters.
- TIER_2_COUNSEL — named-counsel only.
- TIER_3_SEALED — never rendered. Hash-preserved for integrity proof only.
Enforcement is mechanical: a record containing a natural-person conduct assertion, a non-CLOSED verification state, or a highest authority of D (characterization) or E (analysis) cannot resolve to TIER_0. Unknown classification fails closed to TIER_3. Build-time guard: w5057_publication_tier_guard.py.
