For Regulators

Public-record access, verification, and human review requests

This portal provides source-backed public docket links, verified facts from adjudicated proceedings, and a structured intake for regulator, agency, and investigator inquiries. Machines classify; humans decide.

Classification Ceiling: Civil Evidence Signals

Machine-assigned classifications on this site stop at CIVIL_EVIDENCE_SIGNALS. Higher tiers (referral candidates, agency packages) require source-backed contradictions, legal review, and a named human approver. They are never computed or published automatically. Pattern evidence is not a conclusion. Statute names are referral flags, not findings.

Public Docket Index

The following public dockets are indexed for regulator and investigator reference. All links point to CourtListener, PACER, or the relevant clerk portal. This site does not host docket content; it provides links to the public sources. State dockets link to the clerk portal and do not carry CourtListener identifiers.
