Where to look
- PACER bankruptcy — Chapter 7/11/13 dockets and claims registers. https://pacer.uscourts.gov
- 341 meeting notices — Listed on the docket. The meeting itself is not a finding.
Steps
- Confirm the court and case number.
- Open the claims register, not only the docket narrative.
- Note bar dates. A late claim is a fact about timing, not about fraud.
- Download the petition schedules if they are public.
