ORDER ON UNOPPOSED MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL OF RECORD  
THIS CAUSE came before the Court on an [ECF NO . 19] unopposed Motion to 
Withdraw as Counsel (the “Motion”) filed by counsel for Defendants, STARBOARD YACHT 
GROUP, LLC, and CHARLES J. STRATMANN. The Court having considered the Motion , 
and being fully advised, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 
1. The Motion to Withdraw is GRANTED. 
2. Matthew J. Valcourt and Valcourt and Associates LLC are hereby relieved of all further 
responsibilities related to Defendants, STARBOARD YACHT GROUP, LLC, and CHARLES 
J. STRATMANN, in these proceedings. 
3. Matthew J. Valcourt shall, no later than December 11, 2025, serve Plaintiff with a 
copy of this Order and file notice of service with the Court. 
4. Defendant STARBOARD Y ACHT GROUP, LLC, shall retain new counsel permitted to 
practice before the Court and who shall file a Notice of Appearance by January 4, 2026, or else 
a default will be entered against STARBOARD Y ACHT GROUP, LLC, without further notice.

5.  All pleadings and communications shall be to Mr. Charles “Jake” Stratmann, 
Starboard Yacht Group LLC, 850 NE 3 Street, Suite 208 Dania Beach, FL 33004, email: 
[email protected]. 
6. Defendant CHARLES J. STRA TMAN shall either (a) retain new counsel permitted to 
practice before the Court and who shall file a Notice of Appearance by January 4, 2026,  or (b) 
file a Notice of Intent to Proceed Pro Se by January 4, 2026. Failure to comply with this Order 
will result in a default being entered against CHARLES J. STRATMAN without further 
notice.
