NOTICE OF SELECTION OF MEDIATOR AND MEDIATION DATE 
 
Pursuant to the Court’s Order Setting Trial and Pre -Trial Schedule, 
Requiring Mediation, and Referring Certain Matters to Magistrate Judge (Dkt. 22), 
Plaintiff, Heron Enterprises, LLC and Defendant, Charles J. Stratmann, 1 have 
agreed to conduct the mediation in this matter before Hon. Michael Traynor, Orr 
Cook, The Veranda Building, 818 North, Suite 302, Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, 
32082, Telephone No. 904-358-8300 via remote videoconference. The mediator’s 
rate is $425 per hour, split equally between the parties. Plaintiff and Mr. 
Stratmann have coordinated a mutually convenient date of March 4,  2026, 
beginning at 10:00 a.m.
