Mark Brown is named in the Seinitz affidavit (¶14.F/K/L) as a friend and employee of Steven Ivankovich who assisted with the 1,500-acre Dominican Republic land purchase, the 22-acre south Florida land purchase, and the ~$6M Colorado residence — all titled to LLCs. Brown lives near the Colorado property and is tied to the Flat801.com payment conduit. He appeared as a remote witness (Rule 43(a)) at the August 2025 confirmation hearing in the Ivankovich Family LLC bankruptcy. Colorado Secretary of State records further identify Brown as the original registered agent of Saucer Sled LLC at formation (2/27/2024) — the entity that took title to the Copper Mountain residence. The 22-acre Florida parcel question (IDS 31050) is now resolved: county records confirm Mat Realty Ventures LLC holds the 21.4-acre Plantation Key parcel ($6.25M, 2/16/2023).
