Schiller DuCanto & Fleck LLP is the Chicago family-law firm representing Jeanette Ivankovich in the Cook County dissolution (21 D 9220). The firm holds a ~$425,000 charging-order judgment against Steven Ivankovich for Jeanette's fees and obtained a body-attachment order with a cash-only bond Steven cannot post through third parties. Steven Ivankovich has since sued the firm itself (S.D. Fla. 1:25-cv-25402) and named it as a defendant in bankruptcy adversary proceeding 24-01411.
