HelmLegal is not a law firm. This page is a beta index of already-public captions, dockets, and PACER entries so an analyst can decide whether to open a government file. It is not a charging document, not a tip form, and not a request that any agency act.

These are flags, not charges
Every row is a pointer to something already on a public docket or already published on this site (matters, case overview, timeline, Seakeeper Genesis, Ivankovich hub). Party filings are identified as party contentions. Characterisations of intent are not findings. A grand jury indicts — not a website.
No Bates-stamped civil production on this 200. No CFI-091 withheld exhibits (W2510). No auto-POST to FBI, FinCEN, or IC3. /for-law-enforcement stays 401 by design. The full chronology, hash manifest, and docket map sit behind Clerk at app.helmlegal.net.
Why an analyst would open a file
The public record, as already published on HelmLegal, shows the same named parties and related entities appearing across multiple courts at the same time. That pattern — not any conclusion of guilt — is the reason to believe a financial-crime or bankruptcy-fraud desk should at least read the dockets.
One civil caption, one bankruptcy, two DIFC files, one Maryland dealer suit, one Florida vessel-sale docket already listed on /case-overview.
Ivankovich Family LLC is a Chapter 11 debtor in 24-15755-LMI and a named entity in 0:26-cv-61150-PAB (entity page).
Party filings in Seakeeper Genesis assert post-termination billing / training / commissioning on the Maryland dealer docket and a corrosion pattern on vessels associated in those filings with Steven Ivankovich–managed entities. Those are party contentions unless a court has found otherwise.
S.D. Fla. 0:26-cv-60289-WPD DE 87 records a U.S. Marshal sale at $160,000 against a $1,000,000 appraisal; DE 108 confirmed the sale (as_of 2026-07-14).

Record flags for government review
Grouped by the federal chapter an analyst would normally start from. Each row: caption, docket, PACER cite, one-line record fact.
Bucket A — Tribunal fraud / material contradiction
1001 / 1623-class · review only
CJS v. Seakeeper, Inc.
D. Md. (Baltimore) · 1:26-cv-01332-MJM · Hon. Maddox · PACER: D. Md. CM/ECF
The termination date of the dealer relationship is contested on the face of the docket. Party filings assert billing, training invitations, and commissioning certificates issued after the claimed termination date. Intent is a party contention, not a finding.

Party filings: concealed SK credit / double-recovery contention (CMR v. SYG)
S.D. Fla. · 0:23-cv-61696-AHS · already published on /seakeeper-genesis · PACER: DE 31, DE 299 fn 3
Genesis (already public) records a party contention that Seakeeper cash-credits totaling $362,072.20 were not disclosed in later testimony, and that the court later excluded the credit (DE 299 fn 3). That is a docket pointer, not a conviction.
